Very close to the train station exit. Easy access to Haneda airport. 7Eleven connected to hotel is awesome. Better yet, there’s even hot springs in the hotel as well. Well worth the stay.

Very clean, staff were courteous and helpful. Perfect location to explore the Ota area of Tokyo. The room was a bit warm at times but not uncomfortable. Very safe because you need the room key for access to elevator. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend, very reasonable room rate for travellers on a budget.

Hotel has great location literally steps away from oomori station and a wonderful public bath. However, I have never stayed at hotel with worst service, no hospitality and no warmth. This hotel is a disgrace to Japan's omotenashi service culture. Avoid this hotel if you want any kind of service or kindness.
