Spent 11 days here, Fresh towels daily and cleaning every 3 days. Right across the street from the Oedo Line which is one that traveled to most of my destinations for the entire stay. Family mart across the street for late night snacks as well. Restaurant downstairs had buffet breakfast option daily and bar was open till about midnight with last call at 11:30pm.

First time in Tokyo and staying at a Japanese property. Hotel lobby is nice, check in efficient and breakfast buffet very good. Rooms - I’d heard they were small and they certainly are. Prepare yourself for the size of a large North American walk-in closet. That said it was cozy, beds were comfortable and very clean.

Great location, 2 min walk from E line metro station, within 3 minutes walk there are two convenience stores (both serve cheap and delicious coffee and food), one drug store, and a few small restaurants for quick but good quality meals. The hotel room is small but very clean, with a in-room kettle. The outdoor onsen is fantastic and free to use. We stayed there for five nights and will not hesitate to come back during the next visit to Tokyo.

- You can’t use the spa services if you have tattoos, this I was quite upset about. With the onsens I can understand as it’s public, but a massage is private with only the one other person. But people with tattoos are ‘not welcome’ for those services. - Room was a good size, was worried about previous reviews but our twin room was great. Perhaps if you only had one bed it might be different - Lots of places to put luggage, which was great for packing - Bathroom was extremely small. All bathrooms tend be on the smaller side, but this was the tiniest. I would run into everything in here multiple times, and I’m pretty small (5’0) so I can’t imagine it’s nice if you’re much taller than me - Honestly, not a huge fan of this area to stay in. It’s close to a train station but it takes forever to get anywhere from this area. We stayed in Asakusa before and I much prefer that area. - Staff was nice, but we didn’t interact with them as much as at other hotels.

Incredibly tiny! We booked a city view room with breakfast, but received a tiny room with a view to the rooftop pool. Breakfast wasn’t very fulfilling; eggs were bland, sausages were cold, bread was dry. Beyond that, hotel was very clean and quiet. And within walking distance to a train station.

Hotel located 1 minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome subway station. Stayed 3 nights in single room, comfortable and decent size for the room type. A few local restaurants with plenty of Family marts nearby.
