APA Hotels are a great place to stay. They have a consistent process for how you operate within their environment. The rooms are clean and internet is fast. Everyone seems to have their own access point and password so that's nice. Of course, since this is Japan the rooms are small but you're just using the place to sleep not live in. APA Hotel Shinagawa Sengakuji Ekimae was close to a lot of food choices and JR and Keikyu train lines (from Haneda). So it's easy to get to after a long flight. The staff are friendly and very helpful too. During my stay the JR Takanawa Gateway station was just opening up so there were a lot of celebratory things you could see happening. Overall, the area is quiet and nice to walk around in.

Of 3 APA’s I’ve stayed at it is my favorite because of the location. It’s chill and there are less tourist there.

In the second day of stay, they just packed the sheet and towel etc in a bag outside of the door. They didn't even clean up the wast basket nor toilet. Basically, they ignore the customer who stay more than a single day. I rate this as the worst hotel for this price range. Never stay again!

Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay. However, the laundry service isn’t very great. The dryer doesn't dry well. I put my stuff in for h and it was still damp. It takes forever to dry.

This APA is in an excellent location, next to subway station and in front of the new Takanawa Gateway JR station. The rooms are very small, but very usable. Everything is within reach and work. Great for extended stays if you don’t plan to spend time in your room.

Room was pretty small, barely breathable and tiny weave from blanket kept me sneezing all the time. Overall well maintained clean hotel, love the view from the room and open air sauna.

Great location from Haneda Airport and getting on Asakusa line to travel around Tokyo. You don’t need to deal with the bustle of the city but you’re also close enough to get back to the airport especially if you’re traveling with heavy suitcases. The hotel has a great location truly and the staff were very helpful.

Immaculately clean, generous with toiletries. Cramped quarters but the price is right. The website says Sengakuji station but only a couple of blocks to Takanawa Gateway station making for shorter metro rides in some cases— like no changes to get to Tokyo station on the JY line. Only 2 washers and dryers, so can burn up time waiting to do laundry. Coming back to Tokyo and booked here again. Good breakfast.
