We had a week stay! What stood out the most was having amenities dropped off every other day. Fresh towels along with toothpaste and cleansing cloths. Staff was respectful.

Good hotel, a little expensive since the room was quite small. Elevators get very crowded. Area around the hotel is convenient and it’s close to the subway. The spa doesn’t allow tattoos which is inconvenient. There is no common area or lounge to sit. Otherwise it’s a decent option for Tokyo.

Decent hotel overall. The rooms are quite small, but the area is quiet and relaxed, with plenty of shops and dining options nearby, and it’s just a short walk from the subway station. The hotel was a bit expensive, though that may be due to it being New Year’s Eve—even if not much actually happens in Japan then. One downside was the spa policy restricting tattoos, which felt unnecessary and exclusionary, especially given the number of international guests.

The staff is very kind, friendly, patient, and helpful with checking in. The room is tiny and convenient the hotel gives new towels an yukata daily. This was my second visit and I definitely will stay again if I visit the same area. I did not eat the breakfast there nor park as I explored the city and used the train.

We stayed 7-nights at the APA Hotel Yamanote because of its location near Otsuka Station. Besides, the hotel offered such excellent services and a good public hot spring (bath). room is clean. it's recommended for anyone who wants to stay near the train station.
