Overall it was a great experience. Only one mishap that cleanings crew took my shirt probably by mistake and hotel staff was not able to recover it. Reception was great. Only thing I didn’t like in Japan is the size of room. Too small to put your stuff and move around.

As usual, on par and as standard for APA. Consistency across their hotels is their strength. You know what you're going to get at an APA. It's clean, it's nice, it's small, they're friendly.

It has a mandatory cleaning service every third night so it may be an inconvenient for some people. You need your room card to keep the electricity on which a bit inconvenient The price a bit high compared to a similar hotel room (in terms of space) I had Good TV but becomes a bit annoying as it turn on itself after you insert the room card and starts speaking

Conveniently located and clean, reasonable price. Only real criticism is that a single elevator serves 14 floors and is shared between staff and guests. It was often inconvenient if you have to enter and leave your room multiple times in a day.
