Amazing, exceed my expectation in very way. Hotel provides literally anything you will need for vacation stay. You only need to pack your outfits and the hotel has you covered for everything else!

Great stay

Our stay was great. The staff helpful. The beds comfortable. There is a safe in the room.There is a small refrigerator with a small freezer, a kettle for hot water. Pajamas were supplied and very soft and comfortable. . They have amenities and a microwave in the lobby. You do have to clean the room yourself. Clean towels and pajamas are given when asked at the front desk. Nice having the grocery store across the street. When coming from the Iidabashi station the GPS takes you the long way around. It might be easier to put in the store name for directions. The name of the store is Inageya

Staff was so friendly and the location of this hotel was just perfect. There's a market right across the street, a family Mart in the next block over, and a few minutes from a few restaurants and train stations. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was really nice (they helped me make a local booking) and room was bigger than expected, all the basic necessities were provided, even had a TV that could play Netflix and Youtube, overall a really pleasant stay :) the hotel is slightly further from the train station (took a bit of trial and error to find the shortest route) but iidabashi train station is very well connected and the area is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with a few convenience stores near the train station, very convenient area to stay in Tokyo!

Perfectly adequate

Family stay of 5 for 8 days

This was a great stay. The location to the trains and Tokyo Dome was awesome. Quite central but in a great, safe area away from the hustle and bustle. This was not an average “hotel” stay but it was perfect for our family trip of 3 adults and 2 teenagers. No cleaning but they’ve had an option for a few. We kept the place tidy and clean ourselves. We were on the first floor which was convenient and the layout of the room with the bunk beds for the kids was perfect. The supermarket across the street was also perfect. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if ever I’m back in Tokyo. Thank you.

Only three pillows were supplied for the beds for a family of four. The bathroom floor towel had pubic hair on it. We were a bit disturbed. The size of the room was large for a young family of four. No microwave in the room. Hairdryer powerplug is far away from the mirror and not available in the bathroom, which made it difficult drying my hair in front of a mirror. A grocery store is directly across the road which makes it convenient finding food as this hotel is a bit out of town. It was quiet and the TV is a good size, just in an awkward position if you wish to watch TV from bed, your head will sit looking right.
