Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• The city tax ranges from JPY 100–200 per person, per night, based on the nightly room rate. The tax does not apply to nightly rates under JPY 10,000. Please note that further exemptions may apply. • A tax is imposed by the city: JPY 200 per person, per night

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately JPY 0 to 7900 for adults and JPY 0 to 3950 for children
• Covered self-parking fee: JPY 5000 per night
• Valet parking fee: JPY 6500 per night (in/out privileges)
• Rollaway bed fee: JPY 15000 per night

• Pool access available from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM
• Reservations are needed for spa treatments. For reservations, contact the hotel before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child aged 18 years old or younger stays free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Connecting/adjoining rooms are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property at the number on your booking confirmation.
• As required by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, all international visitors must submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels etc). Also, it's required that lodging proprietors photocopy the passports of all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Guests with tattoos will be required to follow specific instructions when using the on-site public bathing facilities; more details are available at check-in.
