The room and facilities were clean, and the location was close to subway and train stations. We had a triple room, which was very tight. The bathroom offered all conveniences but was also tight. Overall, the room met our needs but was tight by North American standards. Their breakfast option was just okay and was the same each of our 4 days. The front desk staff was wonderful and was able to provide transportation details when needed. Overall stay was great.

Cozy spotless room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Hotel Kazusaya is located in a nice quiet neighborhood but still close to attractions like Senso-ji Temple and the Imperial Palace. We would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. It is relatively new, very clean, and has friendly, helpful staff. Although the location isn't the most convenient, it's still acceptable. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it!

Staffs are super courteous, responsive and polite. Room (three single beds) is clean and I especially like the toilet and bathroom are separated (乾濕分離）。 The Big Bath on 2nd floor is nice and neat. Recommendation: there are three washing machines (2 in 1 so drying option is included). The hotel may need to consider doubling the number of these units. No complaint, just a recommendation.

The hotel is at great location, it’s very clean, and has modern facilities. The room is small but comfortable. The curtain has to be closed as it’s very close to the opposite building. The staff are friendly, although their English could be improved.

We had a great stay here. The room is spacious and very clean. The interior is very insulated and quiet. The standing shower is nice. We were given fresh towels every day. The location is close to JR station, and metro Ginza and Hazomon lines. Just use the subway entrance 6. The hotel was glad to help us hold our bags during the day of our check in and check out. There are also convenient stores and pharmacy nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.
