The hotel is gorgeous. Had top floor corner room with incredible view of The Scramble and Shibuya All staff are polite to a fault, totally fluent in English, happy to assist in every way, including suggestions and reservations at hard to find speakeasy Izikayas or more well known places. Breakfast can’t be beat and ditto for the bar. Altogether an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff. Can’t wait to come back,
