In Tokyo Station itself but it is a huge station. The property is comfortable but for the price it is underwhelming. We stayed just one night in order to catch early Narita Express to Narita Airport. Breakfast is overpriced. Better to eat in the station as there are so many choices.

Great hotel next to Tokyo Station.

Excellent property. Good hotels.com rate. (Note: does not include their free breakfast, but we had breakfast elsewhere 3 out of our 5 days.) All drawers in the room had hotel supplied amenities (robes, slippers, electric kettle, etc.) which was nice, but meant we lived out of our suitcases except for what we could put on hangers. Entire staff was very helpful.

The Room is very small. So small that when you open the suitcases there is barely any room to walk around it. The room and washroom looks old and there was mould in the washroom. They were supposed to have water bottles in the room yet none were provided. Location is close to most transportation means (trains and subway).

This is a great hotel in an absolutely perfect location. We were right next door to Tokyo station and writhing walking distance to several tourist attractions. Our room was on the top floor and we had great views of the capital city. The staff were very helpful and respectful. The hotel restaurant provided a very extensive breakfast with numerous options.

Beautiful Hotel and Great Location

My adult daughter and I were traveling through Tokyo for just one night. We were impressed by the location just outside Tokyo Station, yet peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast is a must have with both western and traditional Japanese selections. We highly recommend The Marunouchi!
