I'll get the negative out of the way, and it's fairly minor all things concerned. It's lobby is on the 27th floor via a specific elevator, and we only found that out after some assistance from some courteous building staff. There wasn't clear signage how to get to it, which is tough when ligging around luggage. Now for the pro's. While this is an expensive room, it's cost is justified in our view. It's right next door to Tokyo station. It has a few restaurants in the building and one attached to the lobby, not to mention all the amazing restaurants in walking distance. Speaking of the lobby, it's beautiful and has an adorable model of some of Tokyo's landmarks with an incredible attention to detail. The room itself, though a bit small by American standards, has amenities that other hotels could only dream of. Of note, our room had a deep soaker tub and shower as well as a higher end bidet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
