Overall good stay, it is also close to both JR and Metro subway stations. The rooms were good and comfortable. but I have to say the breakfast was the worst we ever had in many Japanese hotels. It used lobby as breakfast area, so the whole lobby is close all day. the food had almost nothing to choose from, and each plate had very little stuff, which looked like they were ready to clean up and close the area.

Kudos to the staff of this hotel. They are so helpful and provide good service. The breakfast buffet is simple but tasty. This hotel is strict with their checkout timing.

Good budget hotel in an excellent location. The room was tiny, but it was clean and the amenities worked well. The metro is just 2 blocks away making it convenient to get around Tokyo. Don't lose your room key otherwise it will cost you 2000yen.

Love the location, absolutely convenient to both JR line and Tokyo Metro for Hatchobori station. One thing to note is that room has a very strong moldy smell, have to keep both AC and dehumidifier on for 10-15mins to clear the smell. Other than that, the facility is clean and well kept.
