I like the Ginza area quite a bit, so was happy about the location. I wasn’t necessarily thrilled about the room or its amenities. I usually do a quick Lysol wipe down of any hotel i stay in and was surprised to find residue or dirt on every area of this hotel. Waiting for the elevators in the morning and afternoon during peak tourism time was not ideal. Again I like the area, and it fit the bill for having a place to stay, but in comparison to the other hotels I stayed in while in Tokyo, not my favorite.

This place had below average breakfast( compared to other hotel we stayed at in Japan) that they stopped serving after 9:00 even though breakfast hours are up to 9:30 which is different from other hotels we stayed at usually serve breakfast up to 10 am. The room cleaning service never vacuumed the carpets and the room was barely cleaned. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable in already very small room. I would spend more and go somewhere else if I knew.
