It's right across from Shinagawa station, so the convenience factor is definitely there. The room we had was small, which is par for the course of most Japanese hotels. There was a bay window that was nice and the beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. We got the "light breakfast" as an add on, but only used it one day of our week-long trip. Hard rolls, cold sausage, and spaghetti was the "breakfast". We had a cup of coffee and a sausage and noped out pretty quick. Back to the room, it was nice except the entry. No light! Like at all. So when you come in or leavae and put your shoes on you really can't see a thing. The window is blocked by a pillar that narrows around the bathroom. Good luck moving around in the dark. We tried opening the bathroom door to get some light, but it opens against the main door and blocks what little light there is. Annoying.

Nice place to stay in Tokyo. Friendly staff, rooms is cleaned every day. The rooms are tiny, think cruise ship size. If you’re a westerner you may want to skip the free breakfast. Comfortable facilities

Staff very attentive and helpful, impeccably groomed and polite. Location was excellent and across from the rail making it easy access to all of Toyoko. Excellent restaurants with in 3 mins walking distance, 7-11 also close by. Prices more than reasonable, Charger cords in room, hot water pot also. Loved our stay there. Negative? Rooms very tiny for 2 people, no where to put luggage.

I like the lounge, clean, quiet, welcoming. When you come back from a long walk, many people in town, the lounge is so nice and you can have all the drinks anytime you want. Nice~~

Absolutely loved the location. Shinagawa station steps away. Rooms are small but comfortable. All the shops and amenities you could want. Breakfast buffet was lacking, but the coffee was great.

This property has a lot of amenities, has a food court, has 7-Eleven on property, which is very convenient after hours. They are located right across the street from the Shinkansen station which makes it super convenient if you’re traveling by train., bullet train, or coming directly from the Haneda airport as they have a straight route from the airport. I would highly recommend you stay here if you want a centralized location that can access many different train routes.

Incredibly small rooms. Advertised as 3 people but rooms have no space to even put luggage for one person without blocking bathroom or main doors. Even for Tokyo, this space was very small.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are far better options. Our rooms were quite small even for Japanese standards, and the cost was quite high for what you get. This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip to Japan and it was twice the price of other places we stayed in. I booked it expecting to have a more expensive and nicer place for our last few days in Tokyo but it was not worth it!
