My nephew and I stayed here for 5 nights from 15 Nov to 20 Nov 2025. It did not meet our expectations.
Superior Twin Room
Room 815
1. Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly throughout our whole stay. It was blowing out hot air, changing the settings on the control panel didn’t seem to do anything. Nights were so warm making it uncomfortable/hard to sleep.
2. Had to use the same room slippers during the whole stay. Slippers were poor of quality and were dirty after a few wears. If guests are expected to use the same pair of slippers during their whole stay, at least provide good ones that don’t feel cheap.
3. Cups provided in the room remained unwashed/replaced. Why can’t the cups be replaced with clean ones during room clean up? Are guests expected to wash the cups themselves with hand/body wash or shampoo?

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Rooms were a bit small and unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working but overall great area and great service
The room was small but very well laid out and comfortable. The location is good (about a 10 minute walk to Asakusa station) with lots of food options around.

The cleaning of the rooms daily was amazing.the room had decent amount of space , and the location is what sold me. Far enough from crowds , but close enough to all the attractions . What I didn’t like were the lack of pillows and steamer for clothing , however I didn’t request more so it’s not a deal breaker. That was more my fault . They have laundry and the most beautiful roof top view point .
We recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Asakusa at a reasonable price.
The room size was fine for a Tokyo hotel and comfortable enough for 5 nights. Just needed to be clever with clothes storage. We put our clothes in neat piles in our case and were able to lie it on the floor out of the way.
Its literally minutes away from the temple and we could actually see part of the temple complex from our room on the 10th floor. Lots of convenience stores nearby.
Helpful, friendly staff too
We stayed here for four nights as a family - booked two rooms. We had a fantastic view of the Skytree in one room. We found the rooms adequate. They’re quite small but with one suitcase fine. They are very quiet and soundproof.
Laundry on the second floor is helpful although always busy.
Front desk has a couple very helpful people that if you meet them will make your trip all the more easy (others less so). Definitely don’t pay extra for the breakfast. It’s a set menu with the neighboring cafe and it’s really terrible. We only used it twice and then couldn’t go back.
The location is great and within five minutes to most sights, restaurants, shops and buses. A nicer part of Asakusa for sure.
Great rooftop view of Tokyo tower and Senji-jo, especially at night.
Just enough space for 4. Two double beds, a side table with 2 chairs and a dresser with a mini fridge. Decent walking space. Some hotels barely have room for you to walk or store luggage. Here, we were able to repack 5 pieces of under 160cm Luggage between 4 people, not including carry on or personal items.
Front staff very helpful. They can accept luggage forwarding and help you with forwarding to your next destination or airport.
The bus is right outside and it’s 5-10mins to the subway.
