The garden space was wonderful. Staff was universally helpful and pleasant. Room was very well thought out and appointed. Breakfast was varied and quite good. We had service issues with one restaurant onsite, and at a restaurant at the adjacent sister hotel (The Prince) as well. In general, this was one of the nicer hotel stays I have had.

This hotel was possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed. The gardens were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the rooms had plenty of space for 3 people, the shower had solid water pressure, the toilet was in a different room than the shower (which was great for 3 people sharing a room), the hotel provided a ton of free quality toiletries, the breakfast buffet was DELICIOUS, and the hotel was a 3 min walk to Shinagawa station making travel so convenient within and outside of Tokyo.

We really enjoyed 4 nights in Tokyo in rainy days because of the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The staffs are kind and helpful all the time. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with variety of foods. The garden was in full bloom with Sakura. The hotel is near Shinagawa train station. Taxis are always waiting in front of the hotel so easy to get to anyplaces. We throughly enjoyed the stay.

Some construction work going on in vicinity but didn’t affect our stay. Hotel was stunning - modern and classic, lots of very elegant touches like nightgowns, lots of bathroom amenities and the team were super friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

I was disappointed because I booked this hotel for the spa and sauna and I was not informed until I arrived at hotel that I was not allowed to use the spa if I have tattoos

We had 5 nights and it was a great experience. We had free Sauna and free welcome drink for everybody because of the expedia benefit. The room was perfect for family trip because we asked to add an extra bed and it was quite large and comfortable compared to the other hotels in Tokyo. The house keeping placed free chocolate and water each day and it was nice to start each day with these desert. The Japanese backyard is also beautiful and it is shared by the other two The Prince Hotels. The Sakura Tower is a 4 star resort but the experience was the best I have ever had. Perfect for family trip in Tokyo!
