Hotel was nice. Located in what I would say is an industrial area. It was safe and quiet area though. We did have noisy neighbors but overall it was nice. Breakfast was good. There is a grocery store very close by and a Lawsons. I would stay there again.

2nd time here for another two nights, it's always nice and enjoyable. The front desk receptionists are all very friendly and really helpful, they made our stay as smooth and peaceful as it could be. The location isn't so great; but it's a gem in Tokyo metropolitan.

Perfectly situated in front of a train station that leads directly to Tokyo Disneyland Resort or Tokyo main station. Big size room, very confortable and clean, great amenities and very good breakfast. The only downsize was that we had to have breakfast in another place than the main site, still very good but with fewer options.

My stay at Tokyo East Side was fantastic. The location is right in front of a train station and the staff was so great! They went above and beyond any requests/questions we asked. The room was also very clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious and i loved the pajamas. They do have a little refrigerator, which is nice. The hotel is across the street from the shiomi station, so very convenient to getting around. Tokyo Station is about 10 min train ride. Very quiet neighborhood.

Would have given 5* all round. But for 2 problems, the breakfast food was never hot, with waiters continually openibg the lids on the hotplate containers even after customers closed them. Until the checkout day, very little understanding of English on the reception desk. All staff very pleasant even if difficult to understand.
