Very stylish hotel that stands out from those around it. Dark and broody but cool. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast at Kost was excellent and what a view from up there. The concierge was so helpful when I mislaid an item. I’m super grateful to them. We would come back again.

The experience was enjoyable overall; however, I noticed that the restroom had a strong urine odor that cand dor that could be improved. Addressing this by cleaning that area thoroughly would enhance the overall atmosphere.

Exceptionally clean, unique experience with exceptional staff, management, and even room service meals were outstanding. We only stayed one night (our Toronto stay was part of a road trip) but we'll definitely be back. Bring money but it's well worth it.

Truly a fabulous stay! Every single employee was so kind and helpful, they all seemed really genuine and absolutely made our experience a great one. The location is perfect. The hotel and room itself was very alternative and chic. Valet parking was very easy, as was checking in and out. Highly recommend!
