Front staff was exceptional, Preet stands out. Very welcoming, friendly and eager to help make our stay wonderful. Food and drinks excellent. Bar tender made a suburb cosmo martini. Excellent, comfortable centrally located hotel

Very comfortable stay in this well-located and upscale hotel. My kids tell me it was the comfiest bed they’ve ever slept in. The room was clean, of a good size, and everything worked. The bathroom was modern. Foyer and welcome were excellent. Only slight negative is it was not very clear where to stop to drop luggage but the valet team were helpful when they spotted us.

It’s a pretty decent stay, TV didn’t have Netflix though which was a bit disappointing. Also noticed the towels in the bathroom weren’t exceptionally white, they appeared clean though so oh well! However, check-in was excellent, also got a room upgrade because it was my birthday which I was so pleased with.
