What a great hotel. Right from the start at Check-in Pre was very welcoming. She set the tone for our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The floor was quiet. The bar in the lobby was a nice place to have drinks before dinner. The lighting set a nice ambiance. I would highly recommend this hotel when in Toronto. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

One King West was in a very convenient location close to many things that I was doing while I was in the city. The room was spacious and clean. The food that I ordered from the café for breakfast was delicious and very well presented! My only small complaint was that in order to check in early, I needed to pay an extra $30. At other hotels, I’ve stayed at, if the room is ready I am able to check in at the time that I arrive even if it is before the actual check-in time.

The concierge (male) was very rude when I asked where to park. The valet parking is always full regardless if you check in by 3. Definitely need to improve some of the staffs attitude!
