You’ll also have access to the shared areas of the complex, such as the pool and recreation zones, always respecting community rules to ensure a harmonious stay for all guests.

Important: According to Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain must register each guest and send their information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it is necessary to complete a form with visitor details.



Security deposit:

A security deposit is required and will be charged before the start of the stay. This amount will be automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided that no damage or issues have been detected in the property.
