It is located just 500 metres from Varadero Beach and very close to the urban centre, supermarkets, restaurants and bus station, ideal for those seeking convenience and proximity to everything.



Easily access the beach on foot and enjoy beach bars and sunbeds in a unique natural setting. The community has a swimming pool, children's area and gardens, perfect for families. Additionally, the location makes it easy to explore attractions of the Costa Tropical, such as the famous Nerja Caves, just 17 km away, or Almuñécar, 30 minutes by car, where you will find adventure activities such as kayaking and diving to make your holidays even more memorable.



The apartment has a main bedroom with a double bed, television, and luggage space. A modern bathroom with a bathtub ensures daily comfort. The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, and more, connected to a bright living-dining room with a sofa bed that offers a third place for additional guests. The private 10 m² terrace with outdoor furniture is ideal for breakfasts or dinners outdoors.



The Wi-Fi connection allows keeping the little ones entertained or planning their day without problems. Air conditioning and heat pump ensure the perfect temperature in any season. It also has a lift for greater comfort and a fenced plot for greater security.



The swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules and schedules established by the owners' community, which may vary according to season or internal decisions. To enjoy it, a personalised access card is provided (its loss implies an additional cost).
