Anuncio engañoso. No tiene garaje y tras reclamar a Vrbo y al propietario, sigo esperando una compensación veinte días después. Cámara de vigilancia en interior de la vivienda sin aviso previo, lo cual es ilegal. El piso es el equivalente a un tercero sin ascensor, porque es una urbanización sobre una ladera, y para llegar al portal hay que subir escaleras a la fuerza. Hay código para entrar al piso y una noche falló y nos quedamos en la calle hasta que se contactó con el dueño y nos abrió a distancia.El dueño no es nada formal, me hizo esperar tres cuartos de hora al día siguiente a pleno sol, para traer a un cerrajero. Muy descontenta porque tampoco Vrbo controla la veracidad del anuncio, que sigue igual, ni establece una cantidad determinada a compensar, segun me dijeron por teléfono, lo cual me ha decepcionado mucho de esta plataforma.

Marinsa Beach - schones Appartment, Kommunikation in Spanien muss besser werden

Wir haben uns wieder in Torrox Costa wohlgefühlt.Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Gut und ordentlich eingerichtet.Bei der Ankunft waren Pizzareste im Ofen. Wir informierten den spanischen Gastgeber darüber.In der Anzeige stand, dass es einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz geben würde, wo wir das Auto abstellen könnten. Das war in der Anzeige nicht korrekt angegeben. Wir mussten das Auto draußen parken. Selbst nachdem wir den Gastgeber in Spanien diesbezüglich kontaktiert hatten.Der Gastgeber in Spanien kommuniziert schlecht und spät. Wir mussten ihn selbst kontaktieren, um zu fragen, wie das Verfahren bezüglich der Schlüssel ist. Eine klare und rechtzeitige Kommunikation verhindert die notwendigen Ärgernisse.
