There was no soap in the bathroom. When my daughter went to the desk the person working said they didn't have any. Then, I went down to the desk and said that was not okay. How were we supposed to wash our hands after using the bathroom? Finally, the girl put her book down and called someone. Then, gave me a bar of soap. Very disappointing for the cost of the room. Also, the toilet had a crack on the seat.

When we arrived on Thursday night 5/8, the receptionist was really great. I think her name might’ve been Ava, but I honestly have completely forgot but she was amazingShe ended up putting sheets a comforter and an extra pillow in our room for our toddler who had to sleep in an air mattress. She did it very quickly usually most hotels we have to call a couple times.
