We had a quiet room. It was clean. The area around the hotel leaves a little to be desired. Not a lot of places to eat. Costco is nearby. Breakfast was very spotty. Not much variety. Customer service was good. The made sure we got where we needed to go.

For some reason it is the cheapest close airport hotel. Decent enough. The shuttle picked us up with no problems and we checked in quickly. Waffle maker and fruit for breakfast. Thats all i require!

Located close to Vancouver airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Fast food restaurants walking distance for a quick bite to eat. I did have some issues with the WiFi initially but managed to get it working. The neighborhood is a little rough looking, but it was quiet and there were no issues with safety. The hotel offers a shuttle service, but it is very expensive. Cheaper to take a Taxi. I do wish they offered a laundry room for guests to wash their own clothes if needed. I didn't check out the pool or fitness center and I wasn't able to take advantage of the continental breakfast because of a very early morning flight out.

Staff was clueless. They booked us into a room that was already occupied and when we got to the room and tried to open the door, the person on the other side was not to thrilled that we were trying to get into there room. All around horrible experience. Will never stay there again!

Close to the airport and the transit station which made it way to get around but not a particularly exciting part of town. Hotel is a little dated but the price was fair. Shuttle service was nice and staff friendly. NContinental breaky was pretty basic bud did the trick. The Story restaurant next door is amazing!
