Needs improvement no value for money

dirty clothes and dirty water used to clean the room we get the bad smell as soon as we enter. Breakfast is very disappointing it should be called basic breakfast instead of free breakfast, also coffee station has no cream it was hidden which is so cheap behaviour. All employees looks sad and we get a feeling that they don't want to be at work.

As a late arrival and early checkout, I found the shuttle service and early breakfast very convenient. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Although this is an older property, it was well maintained and a safe, convenient place for a short stopover.
