The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was very clean, and the two-bedroom setup was especially convenient for families. However, we encountered two major issues during our stay that need serious attention.
One of the main reasons we chose this hotel—besides its location—was to use the swimming pool with our family. Unfortunately, the hotel had closed the pool without any notification at the time of booking or prior to check-in. When I inquired about it, one staff member said it was closed for maintenance, while another said it was due to the Easter holiday. The manager emailed us, saying they would find an alternative option for us, but we never heard back. This lack of follow-up was unprofessional and disappointing.
The second major issue was with the breakfast, which we paid for separately at the hotel restaurant. The options were very limited, and on the second day of our stay, we found hair in one of our dishes. When we brought this to the server's attention, the reaction was minimal, with no apology or effort to compensate or explain the poor quality. For a hotel in this price range, we expected much better service, communication, and food quality.
