My stay at L-Hermitage was exceptional. It is a beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet a safe area. It is walkable to everywhere. Close to Robson street for shopping, a great brunch place called Cafe Medina for brunch right beside it. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. The service in both the dining area and front desk were exceptional. The staff is warm and friendly and go out of their way for you. Julian was especially helpful. They made my first visit to Vancouver memorable and enjoyable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The hotel and room are beautiful. Had a lovely patio with a garden view. Amenities were great, with a beautiful hot tub. Wonderful bathroom and shower and tub. Very safe and secure.
