TÀmÀ ominaisuus on Junta de Andalucian myöntÀmÀ turistilupa.

TÀmÀ Al-Andalus-kukkuloiden pieni yhteisö on fantastisesti sisustettu, ja kaikki on mukava loma. Yhteisö on 50/50 jaon Espanja ja Englanti omistus, joka tekee turvallinen ja ystÀvÀllinen tukikohta lomallesi. Yhteisö hyötyy kÀytöstÀ lÀmmitetty uima-allas talvella, tai suuri ulkouima-allas ja pienempi lasten allas kauniissa puutarhassa kesÀllÀ. TÀssÀ etelÀÀn avautuvassa huoneistossa on parveke nÀköalalla Mojacar Pueblolle.

MeillÀ on paljon ystÀviÀ Al Andalus-kukkuloilla, joten jos haluat kÀydÀ ryhmÀssÀ tai laajennetussa perheessÀ, olisimme mielellÀmme löytÀneet muita huoneistoja, jotta sinulla olisi oma tila, mutta nauti ryhmÀaktiviteetista.

Olemme valinneet asentamatta wifiÀ asunnossa. Suurin osa vierailijoista on EU: sta, mikÀ sallii heidÀn kÀyttÀÀ omia puhelinpakettejaan ilmaiseksi kaikissa EU-maissa. On monia baareja wifi, jos se on tÀrkeÀÀ sinulle, mutta meille perheenÀ, tunnemme lomien pitÀisi olla aikoja puhua, nauraa, pelata pelejÀ ja vain tutkia. Ei liimata nÀytölle, sillÀ useimmat meistÀ ovat ympÀri vuoden. Joten ota, tule, jÀÀdÀ ja luo uusia ja kestÀviÀ muistoja perheesi kanssa.

On hyvÀ bussiyhteys lÀhikaupunkeihin Garrucha, Mojacar Playa ja Vera kaupunki. Kauppoja, ravintoloita ja kahviloita ja supermarketti on rauhassa 15 minuutin kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ, mukaan lukien kaunis Lua-ravintola / cocktailbaari. Ranta on noin 15 minuutin kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ. On perinteinen Espanjan markkinoilla paikallisen kylÀn useimpina pÀivinÀ viikossa.

Almeria lentokenttÀ on 45 minuutin ajomatkan pÀÀssÀ, ja Murcia on 1 tunti 15 minuuttia. Molemmat lentokentÀt tarjoavat hyviÀ budjettitalouksia.

TÀmÀ on meidÀn lomamökki ja meillÀ on aikaa pÀivittÀÀ ja koristella sitÀ, jotta me, perheemme ja valitsemillamme vieraille voi olla fantastinen loma hyvin varustetussa huoneistossa.

Nos ha gustado mucho la zona. Cerca de la playa de Quitapellejos y cerca de calas muy bonitas en las que puedes hacer snorkel.El apartamento en una urbanizacion tranquila.La piscina muy tranquila y limpia. El apartamento bastante completo.

Todo perfecto!!

El apartamento estå genial, tiene todo lo necesario, dos habitaciones, dos baños, es cómodo, con una buena terraza. La piscina exterior y el parque infantil estån muy bien, toda la urbanización estå muy cuidada. Hay plaza de parking en el interior de la urbanización y en el exterior hay sitio de sobra. El coche es imprescindible. Playa y supermercado a 10min. Volveremos

Vacaciones en vera

El apartamento estaba bien, no tiene aire acondicionado en las 2 habitaciones pero nos apañamos. Carina es un encanto y todo fueron facilidades, muchas gracias por todos. Disfrutamos mucho en las vacaciones y en el apartamento, que estå muy cerca de una playa tranquila.

Muy bien

El apartamento muy bonito y acogedor, todo super limpio,cocina completa con todos los utensilios,platos,cuencos....de todo!! La ubicación bastante bien,cerquita de la playa si vas en coche son 5 min,incluso menos, andando hay un caminito....pero no estå muy lejos. Nos gustó mucho la estancia, Karen y compañía muy simpåticos y amables. Volveremos a repetir seguro!! :)

buena estancia, casi todo correcto

En general casi todo bien: -aires acondicionados bien (salon y dormitorio principal) -agua caliente y presion del agua OK - colchones OK -sabanas y toallas OK Errores del anuncio: -> no hay secadora -> de bañera de hidromasage nanai Cosas malas: -> la limpieza pasable pero tuvimos que barrer el piso entero y limpiar la encimera porque no estaban bien -> la television muy muy mala y pequeña -> las bandejas del horno sucias -> lo pero es la nevera que no enfria nada, solo vale para mantener las cosas medio fresquitas. Hace hielo como una condenada Repetiria? Pues si cambian la nevera y la television, si :) English: In general almost all good: -air conditioning well (living room and master bedroom) -hot water and water pressure OK - mattresses OK -sheets and towels OK Ad errors: -> there is no dryer -> there is no hot tub Bad things: -> the cleanliness was passable but we had to sweep the entire apartment and clean the countertop because they were not good -> the television is very very bad and small -> dirty oven trays -> the worst thing is the fridge that doesn't cool anything, it's only good for keeping things half cool. Makes ice like damn Would I repeat? Well, if they change the refrigerator and the television, yes :)

Everything you could want & ask for. Brilliant.

First impressions. Excellent. A real home from home experience. Lovely for family dinners or simply relaxing as a couple. Air con in bedroom a god send. I cannot think of anything that you could possibly need. The balcony I was told was small but I was delighted with the size. A nice quiet area. Security on complex brilliant, needing key fobs to get in & out of pool area & car park. Own parking space. Regular bin collections. All white goods you’d have at home including washing machine & dishwasher. Really relaxing & homely environment. Very clean. What can I say. Just perfect. I will definitely want to return. The pool was warm, the locals & holiday families friendly. Not one single problem. Beaches lovely. I recommend a car, unless your happy to hop on a bus outside which seem regular. Communication between owner & I a ten out of ten. English speaking caretaker if needed, & owner supplies her own mobile number. Only 40/50 mins from airport. Nice drive. Brilliant weather. Cannot say a bad word. If you go with kids, you will not be disappointed. Even pool accessories to borrow from apartment. Neighbour is lovely too. Go. Don’t doubt me. I want to return. Thank you so much again. You made me feel like I was borrowing a friends apartment with your kind emails. Much love. Donna x

Nice apartment in a disappointing area!

We stayed in the apartment for almost a fortnight and were happy with the apartment itself. It was clean when we arrived, with lots of clean towels and spare bedding for the duration of our stay. It is a spacious two bedroomed apartment, which is plenty big for 4, but would have been a little cosy to have any more than that. We stayed in November, which is when it should be at its quietest, but it was unbearably noisy at night time. This is a first floor apartment and you can hear everything that goes on upstairs. We heard entire conversations, every step that was taken and when their alarm went off in the morning, it woke everyone in our apartment! The walls are paper thin! This was the most disappointing aspect of our stay, as we began to count down the days until we left and got a decent nights sleep! That is not what should happen on a holiday! We weren't made aware, until we were in Spain, that the usual process for lets is that the keys will be posted to your U.K. address. As this wasn't appropriate for us, we had to pay €20 for the caretaker to come out with the keys! An unexpected cost that should be mentioned on the listing. The resort itself is unfinished. Building work stopped abruptly when the recession hit and so there are a lot of uncompleted blocks and a lot of waste ground around the complex. There is a great road network, with amazing pavements and cycle paths all around the complex, but the weeds are so large in places that you are forced to walk on the road side. It looks like no maintenance is done out with the complex to the infrastructure which was put in place. There are also not many services locally. Perhaps a dozen restaurants as well as a large Consum and Mercadona supermarkets. Eating out in the resort must be challenging in the summer months. You really need a car to stay here, as even the closest supermarket is a mile away. We were disappointed that the boules playing area right outside the complex was so overgrown with weeds it was impossible to use. It was certainly not in the same condition as the photograph on the listing. There was no communication from the owner during our stay. In all other holiday rentals we have stayed in, we have been contacted on our second day to ask if everything was alright. We had the contact number for the caretaker but didn't use it as we didn't want another charge!

Comfy, well quipped apartment but need a car to do anything

We were given a warm welcome to Andalus Hills & shown everything to do with the apartment which a little old fashioned but was very well equipped and reasonably comfortable. The place felt very safe being behind remote controlled security gates & there was plenty of parking There is a lovely pool with grass surrounding it but so many restrictions, makes it boring for kids - no inflatables, no diving, no food around the pool etc etc. The apartment block is set up about 25 minutes walk from the Vera Playa beach (big naturist resort, including people walking along the streets naked too!!). Nothing much else going on in Vera Playa if you're looking for a choice of bars & restaurants. There is a great supermarket with the best seafood & fish counter & very inexpensive wines. To summarise, it wasn't ideal for us but if you enjoy walking or are happy to go everywhere by car, then you'll enjoy it.

Great apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great value and well equipped. The views were lovely from the balcony and we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals eating outside looking at the mountain views. The sunsets were fantastic over the mountains. Karen was most helpful throughout the booking process. We would recommend this apartment / location and plan to come back soon.

Excellent Value

We booked the apartment as we were house hunting. Excellent value and spacious. Vera Playa is pretty much closed at this time of year but for our purposes it was great.

Vacances de fin d'année au soleil.....

Superbe appartement avec une vue magnifique sur Mojacar et la Mer.... Vous avez le soleil une grande partie de la journée trÚs appréciable les soirs d'hiver de décembre . Appartement trÚs bien équipé avec tout le confort que l'on attend . TrÚs bonne communication avec Karen et Carina .... Merci a bientot Yannis et Karine.

We have a very nice area, a very lovingly furnished house and a joyful couple caretaker encountered

In the house we found everything we were looking for. We can recommend this apartment to other guests at any time. Perhaps we will come back again. Something we must complain about: There is no WIFI or WLAN in the house. Therefore, we could not use the laptop brought along unfortunately. But only from the mobile expensive to go. Unfortunately, due to the low season was not very busy. But that was not only in the plant but everywhere. Best regards, Carmen Karger

Clean, well equipped apartment

A gas fire would have been appreciated with the cold weather we had, the ac doesn't seem to reach to the floor, although it feels very warm when you stand up. The only other thing we would like to see is wifi, something we all tend to use on a daily basis these days. Appreciated the comfortable beds and the showers were more reliable than many in Spain. The bits and pieces in the drawers were very useful eg. cotton and needles, adapters, sellotape etc. We loved the selection of books and games. Generally very well equipped. We thought sending the keys was a good idea as one never knows what time one will arrive and it saves Carina being on standby at all odd hours. Carina had to arrange a plumber just before we arrived , who returned on our first day, as there was a problem with a neighbouring apartment but all quickly sorted, Carina seemed very pleasant and helpful.

GĂ©nial pour la famille

Nous avons adoré cet appartement dans lequel nous avons trouvé tous les éléments nécessaires à des vacances en famille réussies. Les lieux étaient impeccables et tels que décrits. La responsable était charmante et toujours disponible pour nous aider. Il y a plusieurs plages à proximité et la piscine est à deux pas si on ne veut pas se déplacer. Merci!
