Our lovely holiday home (Built in 2021) is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Enjoy the southwest facing pool, sundowners on the roof terrace, followed by a relaxing barbecue by the pool. All ages will appreciate the beautiful beaches, friendly restaurants, cafes, golf or walking in the picturesque National Park. Or simply relax in the wonderful fishing village of Salema.

The property was first class and would definitely recommend - my family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The only negative was the postcode did not match where the property was and arriving in the dark late at night made it very difficult to find.

Lovely villa. Our 2nd visit. We love Salema- has all you need. Beaches are amazing, restaurants lovely. The villa was spotless and well equipped. Love the view from the pool. Villa is delightful and will definitely want to stay again.

A little piece of heaven

This property was perfect and a very enjoyable, comfortable and very well equipped home from home for our 2 week stay . We chose this villa as it ticked all the boxes for my dad who has mobility issues . We hired a mobility scooter from Sulcare who delivered this to the door…. Just perfect as we were all able to head to the gorgeous beach and the amazing restaurants . The views from the villa are amazing , perfect pool and a great space to BBQ and relax Thank you Stuart and Carole . We would love to return next year 😎

What a villa, absolutely loved the location and facilities within the property were everything we expected and more. The view over the Salema from the villa is stunning, especially at night. Would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely Villa with a great view! Clean, spacious with everything you need. Salema was just what we wanted for a relaxing week away. You need to book the restaurants a day or two ahead.

Little slice of Portuguese paradise

A fantastic stay in a wonderful location and a property which exceeded our expectations. Salema is a great place if you're looking for a bit of peace and tranquility, while still having a selection of lovely restaurants and small bars within walking distance. The surrounding area is stunning in parts, with some beautiful beach and cliff walks both from the property and within 20 minutes easy drive. The Villa is outstanding - well equipped, comfortable, spacious and with outside space we found it hard to get away from! Communication with both owner and property manager was excellent. Only downside ... we had (eventually) to leave.

Fabulous Villa

Property better than expected from photos. Lovely quiet location just a short stroll down the hill into the village. Only very minor issue was with shade, we were worried about using the canopy as it was always very breezy (a bonus in the hot weather), we were jealous of the parasols that neighbouring properties had. This would not stop us visiting this property again. Wonderful holiday, the first since 2019 due to pandemic. If going in school holdays again you need to book restaurants well in advance, so gas bbq was a bonus.

Salema villa

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely villa. 12 days of wonderful relaxation. Location is excellent for a walk down into Salema village for the lovely beach or restaurants in the evening. The view from the villa is beautiful. The villa itself is lovely. Very clean, well equipped & the pool area is delightful. Rare to get 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms which was a bonus for our adult children who joined us. Would definitely visit this villa again.

We spent a really nice week in this beautiful home. Since we stayed in Lisboa for four days before, the calm atmosphere and quiet surroundings were perfect to relax. We spend most days at the pool with some hours at the beach which was only a few minutes away by walking. The evenings with the BBQ were a nice end to most days! All in all it was a perfect stay!

Excellent séjour !

La maison est très bien tenue, très propre, joliment décoré, très bien équipée. La vue est magnifique, l'emplacement est calme à quelques pas à pied du petit village. La terrasse avec la piscine est très agréable. La plage est très belle, le village est à taille humaine. Nous avons passé une semaine (fin août 2022) inoubliable à Salema, nous avons fait une sortie en bateau depuis Salema et avons eu la chance de voir les dauphins nager juste à coté du bateau, c'était magique ! Nous recommandons cette propriété, l'hôte est réactif et très sympa. Merci Stuart, nous reviendrons avec plaisir... Isa et Seb

Schönes Haus in Toplage!

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders erfreut hat uns die geräumige Terrasse mit ausreichend Liegen, Stühlen und einem großen Tisch, dazu ein Gas-Standgrill, der zusammen mit der untergehenden Abendsonne jeden Abend zum Erlebnis auf der Terrasse mit dem schönen Ausblick macht. Der Pool ist gut für eine Erfrischung zwischendurch geeignet. Zum unterhalb des Hauses gelegenen Ort und dem Strand geht man ca. 5 Minuten. Ein schöner Weg durch die kleinen Gassen von Salema. Im Ort gibt es einige Restaurants und zwei Mini-Märkte für den täglichen Bedarf. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Strand war während unsers Aufenthalts nie zu voll und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Klares Wasser mit wenig Wellen und schöner Kulisse aus Steilküste und der kleinen Promenade. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
