Built in a Dalmatian style, the villa's facade is adorned with characteristic stone reflecting the climate of this region. This unique oasis is perfect for a family vacation, ensuring complete privacy away from the crowds and noise. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy with your loved ones, and an excellent base for exploring the surroundings of Zadar and the island of Pag.

Villa Oliva Oliana offers 200m2 of luxurious space spread over two floors. The interior design ensures intimate corners for relaxation and areas for communal gatherings.

Ground Floor: Spacious, air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, ideal for shared meals. Two charming bedrooms with beds measuring 180x200 cm, one with its own bathroom, and an additional bathroom provide comfortable sleep and privacy. A games room with PS4 and board games provides entertainment for all ages. A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is an additional convenience. An additional bed for two persons measuring 140x200 cm is located in the hall.

First Floor: Two elegant bedrooms with 180x200cm beds and a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a beautiful view and fresh air.

The entire villa is fenced with a height of 1.4m to 1.8m, ensuring safety for families with children. The outdoor area includes a mini playground, a terrace with comfortable loungers, and a heated pool of 32m2 - an ideal place for relaxation and fun. The nearest beach (a combination of pebbles and sand) is only 850m away from the villa.
