Villa Bellatrix 1 & 2, situated in the charming village of Vrsi, is only 5 km from the royal town of Nin and 20 km from Zadar.

Villa captivates with its luxurious and contemporary interior, constructed in a modern style in 2023, providing guests with 450 m2 of living space within its spacious 700 m2.

Villa Bellatrix 1 & 2 accommodates up to 22 guests in 12 bedrooms.
Two rooms are equipped with single beds (90x200 cm), while the other 10 rooms have double beds (160x200 cm). Eight rooms feature double beds measuring 160x200 cm, and in two rooms, the double beds (160x200 cm) can be converted into two separate single beds if needed. Fully air-conditioned bedrooms with queen beds include their own en suite bathrooms with showers, along with an additional separate toilet. Four rooms share a common terrace equipped with tables and chairs. Indulge in culinary delights in the four beautifully equipped kitchens—one on the ground floor and the other on the upper level. Dining areas are furnished with tables for sumptuous meals, alongside four living rooms with comfortable sofas, tables, and televisions—perfect for afternoon relaxation or evening gatherings for movies and series.

The villa offers four terraces: the lower one features two heated pools each of 24 m2, reaching depths of 1.5 meters, adorned with sixteen sun loungers for relaxation, an outdoor charcoal or wood-fired barbecue, alongside an outdoor dining table. The upper terrace boasts an additional outdoor barbecue, a dining table, and two romantic Jacuzzis—ideal for savoring sunset views. During your stay, you can utilize the laundry facilities—washer, dryer, and iron. With prior arrangements, additional amenities such as a high chair and a crib can be provided upon request. The villa's enclosed courtyard offers three private parking spaces.

For sailing or paddle-boarding enthusiasts, Vrsi offers exceptional conditions thanks to the summer maestral winds, perfect for such activities. The hidden gem, Duboka Draga, will enchant you—an isolated pebble beach nestled deep within the cliffs, accessed by a kilometer-long dirt road, just a 10-minute walk from the center of Vrsi. Recently, a beach bar has been added to this serene spot, offering refreshments. Isolation, crystal-clear waters, and views of the Velebit Mountains—reasons why an afternoon at this beautiful beach becomes a desire.
Adventurers in Vrsi can rent buggies or explore mountain trails under expert guidance. A notable attraction in the region is the renowned sandy beach Ričine, ideal for the entire family, especially the youngest members.
