Disappointing hotel in Waco/Woodway

The 1st room I was placed in was an extremely outdated smoking room. The bathroom sink was cracked, the bathtub had a ring around it, there were cigarette burns on the comforter, the floor hasn't been mopped and there were roaches. The 2nd room was better but the shower had hair from the previous occupant, there was no iron/ironing board, coffee maker, etc. There were 3 handicap spaces one which was occupied by a black corvette who didn't have a handicap placard or license plates.

Not sure if this hotel is going under some kind of renovation, but it had to have been the worst hotel I have been in in years! It smelled, the elevator was sketchy at best. The room looked like they were in the middle of renovating it. There was no nightstands, no plugins for your phones. They were no dressers to put your clothes in. Overall, I will never darken their doorway again. Like I said, one of the very worst hotels I have been in in years. Don't try to save money go somewhere else!

The air conditioning system needs to be upgraded there, and when soon as we walked in a few nights, it felt like somebody was smoking pot and their pillows were really horrible

The stairwell is in need of a renovation. Peeling paint and the odor of cigarettes. Upstairs smelled not that great. Room was clean, but hot water heater was out. Shower had lukewarm water.

It’s clean but a bit run down in the bathroom, other areas are renovated. No shampoo and conditioner provided, nice if you have a dog as no pet fees. Although the neighborhood seems a bit sketchy they have bright floodlights everywhere and it seemed to be quite busy.
