We were in D.C. for a family vacation for 7 days. The hotel was adequate for our needs. We had to ask for our room to be vacuumed and we had to ask multiple times for our hand soap and shampoo to be refilled. They do not check those when they clean the room. Front desk was not always helpful but sometimes they were great. Breakfast was crowded but plenty of food.We took Lyfts everywhere.

My friend and I stayed here for a conference at the nearby convention center. The hotel was in a great location. The reception staff were helpful and professional. The breakfast was pretty good! Lots of choices and very busy. The breakfast staff was a little grumpy but the amount of people and children would be a little stressful. My biggest complaint was about the housekeeping. We were only there for 4 nights and 2 of the days we were there the house keeping never came. It was disappointing as it is the best reason to stay at a hotel. Overall this was a comfortable place and if they fixed the housekeeping issue it would be great.

Clean corner room, nice street view. Walking distance to convention center with many restaurant options near by. *only negative was several mice were seen running around outside the hotel near the garbage. No issues inside.
