Dont stay here unless you want to be woke up THREE seperate times before check out by housekeeping starting at 8:30am. We got 0 sleep as the hotel was super loud all night as well. The room was nice but whoever cleaned it only did a bare minimum job.

The pool was out of order and gym had drying fans due to leak, but staff was amazing special thanks to Rachel the lady at the front desk who was able to upgrade us to jacuzzi tub room for no cost due to pool out of order. She was also going to see if we could use the pool next door, and the staff for breakfast was very friendly

I paid for the room in full. They left me in the cold over the deposit. I wanted to pay cash for the deposit. They would not let me enter the room. Horrible!!!!!! The time of year WINTER. Be AWARE!!!!

I got a tub for my room but couldn’t take a bath cause here wasn’t any hot water. Only luke warm. Was disappointed. Also same thing with my shower water only Luke warm not hot at all. Disappointing!!

Spotless room. Staff were great. Breakfast was ok. Heater didn't work in room 507. I had heat set to 90 and didn't kick on 1 time. Water pressure and temp of shower was great. Very quiet. We got stranded in a snow storm and we needed a place last minute for us and our 2 children. Quick check in. I recommend this place.
