Beautiful hotel, but no hot water. I requested to be switched to a different room after I experienced no hot water on the first day. I was upgraded to another room and I had hot water for one day but not for the rest of my stay.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked extra days. The breakfast is excellent, and both the room and staff are amazing and helpful. When traveling with a child, this place feels safe and is close to everything.

Good value for location and quick city visit.

Great location and good for a few parking in the back. Continental breakfast was nice as was the pool. Staff was wonderful. Room had great view but very basic with a lot of open space, a bed very large luggage bench, and single chair with makeshift wall desk, could have been made cozier. Rainshower was a nice thought but wasted so much water with unecessary pressure and extra front nozzles. Overall it was good value for short stay.
