Check in was awful. It took us 45 minutes to find the hotel parking tucked away on a back street. Front desk staff was unconcerned at our parking frustrations. Our room phone did not work, our room was not stocked with hand towels or wash rags . Our safe in the room would not work. The air condition leaked a pool of water in the floor after we turned it on. On one positive note, the comfort of the bed was tolerable.

I would give it 4 stars but on the second day the manager accused us of smoking in the room; I paid more for a room with a balcony so I could smoke outside. Why would I smoke in the room…

The harbor view room was awful—no a/c and tiny for 4 people. The second room we got was much better with a rainfall shower head & plenty of room. We only got three pillows on each bed though—odd. Could have used an extra blanket. Cleaning was done well but sporadically done and when it wasn’t done I had to go to the lobby for TP. Great location but the pool is cold and not really appealing. Staff was meh—not super helpful.

Great location ! Amazing Queen Emma bridge view from our balcony. Despite breakfast being too basic Breakfast staff was super nice Special recognition to. Brión hotel for hiring a special needs young man. His name might be Gevian. Very bad WiFi. Nice TV screens but did not work most of the week. Very convenient ice maker and frigo bar. Thanks
