The woman who greeted us upon our arrival, could not have been more friendly or professional, Kiara (sp?) She was welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and everything in the room was meticulous. Breakfast in the morning was perfect and the staff was on hand to keep everything replenished and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting the university of Delaware.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting my daughter at the University of Delaware. Location was very convenient to see a basketball game at the Colosseum across the road very reasonable price, clean hotel and very nice. Staff would definitely stay here again.

It's a pretty run down hotel. There is a TGI Fridays across the parking lot and a liquor store a 3 minute walk away, but otherwise it's not anything more than a place to stay. It was acceptable but nothing more than that. If price is all that matters, this place is for you. If not, spent and extra $20-$40 and get a decent room.
