Desde la llegada, el lugar es bastante sucio, mi otorgaron una habitacion donde los baños estaban malos, solicite cambio y me enviaron a otra donde el AC estaba malo, espere por 2 horas hasta que lo repararon, la habitacion deteriorada, habian cucarachas que caminaban por la habitacion, tengo fotos, el lugar muy inseguro por los demas huespedes, el dia de mi salida llego la policia por una discusión con una persona, el hotel no tiene restaurante por lo que el desayuno me lo entregaron en una bolsa todos los dias y este era jugo y galletas. En general muy mal hotel no les recomiendo tenerlo como opcion para otros usuarios de Expedia

DO NOT GO HERE!! i went last night and i didn’t even stay 30 minutes. I was fearful for my safety, hotel guests were concealing machetes and the whole place smelt like cigarettes and weed. the people across the hall from us tried to break in to the room - we also showed up past midnight and it felt like a lot of the people i interacted with (i assume hotel guests) was going to hurt us or take our things. The area itself was not pleasant at all and seemed very unsafe. People were eying us up and down and making note of our vehicle - my partner said that some of them were carrying guns as well. For your sake and safety, spend the extra hundred dollars if you can and make sure you are somewhere safe - i learned that saving a couple bucks is NOT worth my safety and security.

Walking into the hotel there were a group of people smoking weed. The smell was worse inside around elevator. The room itself had a musty smell. The toilet was dirty. My husband had white socks on and they got so dirty indicating that the floors were dirty. One of the pillows was stained. The experience was not good at all.

It is a budget hotel but I do not recommend it, a terrible experience. I left my suitcase with my belongings in the room and when I returned it was not there, my belongings were taken from my room, without explanation, they returned them to me because I claimed them, but it was a very unpleasant moment because they checked my clothes, they returned the suitcase with part of the clothes and when I checked they returned the other part to me / terrible My room's air conditioning doesn't work and my bed has bedbugs.

Find somewhere else, this place is not worth it.

Room had a broken toilet seat, replaced countertop that had the brand name wrapper still on it, Broken nightstands, wall plugs were broken, only decent part was the bathtub having warm water. No breakfast as advertised, got a To Go Bag, bathroom had some questionable stains on wood base to sink. Then being an adjoining room apparently the sound of the other room playing loud TV all night kept waking my very tired self up after a long day. Won’t return.

Just Terrible

Couldn’t check in early at all. My event started at 1:45 pm and didn’t end until after 10 pm. When I got to the hotel, there was a security guard that greeted us. After about 10 minutes the front desk worker came up and got us checked in. When we entered the room, I noticed the fire alarm is damaged and the sheets on one bed were filthy. The hotel smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke the entire time and neither of us even smoke at all. Just terrible!
