Filthy and Disgustingly Dirty!

This hotel should be shut down permanently. Disgustingly dirty, stinky, and overall filthy. Poorest conditioned hotel I have even seen. I immediately cancelled reservations after seeing the living conditions of dirty sheets, stinking stale air of years of smoking, appeared roach infested. Just horrible.

Worst hotel I have ever visited

Parking lot: dirty, crumbling asphalt and concrete, deteriorating surfaces, foul odor of stale cigarettes. Lobby: You must communicate with the staff through a narrow slot. No mention of services or amenities (because there were none). Advertised breakfast was a hoax, there was not one. Elevator: One of the two out of service, apparently been that way for some time. Sn orange traffic cone in the corner. Ride slow and noisy, you might not get to your floor. Hallway: dimly lit and that cigarette smell is almost overwhelming. You need a bit of shoulder to get the door open. Room: actually reasonably clean, no visible dirt or insects. Sheets were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Furniture was old and very minimal. No desk. One small chair. Half the electrical outlets were inoperable or jammed with something. No coffee maker, no cups or glasses, no tissues. The toilet paper holder broken and a roll of toilet paper sitting on the sink. Only one bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. No hangers in the closet. No hair dryer. No internet. As said, minimal amenities. Coffee: Was told the desk staff could provide this. When I asked in the morning, I received a 4 ounce paper cup with coffee from somewhere in the back. I did not ask how it was prepared, but I drank it and survived. The final gift was upon leaving you and everything you took into the room reeked of the cigarette smell. Now home we are dealing with this as best we can. We probably will not stay there again.

Absolutely DO NOT stay here! The doors are open on arrival and only way to secure and lock door is the deadbolt once you enter the room through the already unlocked open door. There were no secondary locking latches. Looked like they were broken off. Keycard is just for show. I have never experienced this before. Large stink bugs in room. Shower had mold. It was a nonsmoking room but smelled terrible from smoking. I checked in after 4 pm and realized this wasn’t going to be a safe place. I spent about an hour in the room and decided to just leave and not return.

This was one of the filthiest places I have ever been! I have a video that I should post for the world to see! Absolute filth! The elevator was dangerous. The ceiling is cracking. Seems as though this place should be condemned!

The rooms were disgusting. It had not been clean. There was residue left on the tables. I did not try sleeping in the sheets. There was dirt and hair in the shower. The toilet seat had feces and urine on it. The floors were sticky and the entire hotel smell like smoke.

There was no breakfast.. room was dirty. Lights didnt work. Dirty underwear in room that wasnt ours. Floor sticky. No ice no coffee. Just a HOLE.. will never use Expedia again. Dirty miserable place to stay. Place was in complete disrepair. Very sketchy neiborhood. People begging in parking lot. Elevator didnt work... place was utterly disgusting. Room was never cleaned,no clean towels or bedding..

Definitely a 1 Star hotel.

Front staff was overall nice, very helpful and very respectful. but the overall stay and condition of the place was awful. A/C didn’t work, curtains weren’t fully attached, a hole (maybe bullet) in the only 1 working elevator door. It was a one night stay but just wow. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

The rooms are in Terrible conditions. The staff not helpful at all. I need to change the room twice because one the bathroom door didn’t open, then the otherone not light and finally when I have one room, a midnight when I was sleeping, people came to my room, apparently the person in the lobby doble book the room I was in. IT WAS THE MOS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

No breakfast even though that was advertised before, also no to go bags … Hotel is in very poor condition and should probably get torn down. Fridge wasn’t hooked up had to move it across the room to get to a plug. Also where coffee maker was the outlet wasn’t working. Did not feel like a safe area at all.

The whole place screams of danger. Upon check in someone followed me up (non employee) an I had the impression it was to find out what floor I was checking in on. When I came back 5 minutes later the same person was down there. Roaches in the room. It smelled like syrup. The restaurant in there has great food.

Get away from this place, smelly, dirty, bad service from the front desk, smoke and pets all over the place, rooms are dirty and noisy ACs. I finish my stay because they took your money and the deposit of $50 so you will need to stay

Stayed with my family across two rooms. Our room had bare dirty foot prints on the wall and the floor was covered in dirt. The other room had small bugs that, while we couldn't know for sure, looked a lot like bed bugs. The building smelled horrible. They also had a surprise deposit for the room which we were not informed of before arriving.

The dining room was unavailable due to Renovations so they had a little bag of breakfast items rather than the full breakfast offering. The floors in the hallway were stained and the entire Place smelled of smoke other than our room. The elevator was not functioning and the stairwell was very narrow and dark. The refrigerator in our room was broken and the door was in pieces, there was a broken section of the sink and the bottom of the bathroom door was shredded.
