It was clean; however, the sink stop was broken. The bathroom door was hard to shut (door was rubbing at the top of the door). One of the light bulbs for a lamp was burnt out. Had people knocking on the door around 8:30 and at 9:00 PM, saying they were the manager. They could have called the room, rather than for us to answer the door to an unknown person. There wasn't any hot water. The water pipe had broken.

The motel was convenient to the highway, beds were very comfortable and it was pet friendly. While the breakfast was not great, the coffee was…ithe stay met our needs.

Last minute my wife and I needed a motel, it did the job, nothing special. A little dirty with cobwebs and stink bugs. Turned the fan on the in bathroom and lint/dust went flying everywhere.

The home of the mighty stink bug!

Stink bugs everywhere. We moved from one room to another because it was infested with them. The second room had about two dozen more that we caught. We ended up just leaving.

Property very old. The room had a very musty smell when entering. Rooms were updated, although bedding needs an update. Although the bed was very comfortable, the blanket and spread were dingy and worn. One of the pillows smelled like smoke. The chair felt like it would break if you leaned back. The couch was new and a nice touch. The toilet was loose and made a loud noise every time you sat down and got up. The shower was updated and very clean as were the floors. The staff was wonderful.

I booked this hotel with the jacuzzi suite a month prior to Labor Day. Brought my ESA dog. As soon as we entered the room, it was clear to me that it wasn't cleaned. There was a chocolate zinger on the floor that my dog ate upon entering the room too. I told the front desk. It was unacceptable. We weren't from the area, so we were afraid to take a chance going somewhere else. The manager Paul was amazing. He was the only respectful one. He ended up cleaning the room for us. We were there for 3 nights. The front desk employee asked how many people were staying there. It was just me, my partner, and dog. We hired a rover sitter/walker ahead of time to come each day for a few hours to take care of our dog while we left the hotel. Her partner dropped her off daily. For some reason the front desk clerk thought more people were staying. We needed extra towels for the jacuzzi daily. He said he kept seeing people coming and going. It made no sense to ask us after the manager had already met my dog sitter. They had their own place nearby. Cleary, if you have a disability of any kind, don't go there. IT is trashy. And, there's way better hotels in that area. I drove 4 hours for a stressful weekend.
