221 - Casa La Vista (LH221)

Casa La Vista is a beautiful villa just outside Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private heated pool, air conditioning and fibre internet

Upon entering Casa La Vista you walk into the lounge area which has a large LED TV with plenty of TV channels to choose from for almost any nationality, including some favourites from the UK like BBC, ITV, SKY, SKY Sports & SKY Movies.

The lounge has comfy seating for 6 people and has patio doors leading to the main terrace and pool area.

Off the lounge is the third bedroom which has been set up as a single room, but has a trundle bed, so it is possible to sleep 2 children, but we wouldn’t recommend it for adults.

Casa La Vista has a good size kitchen with all the facilities you would expect from a villa of this standard, including American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and plenty of crockery and cutlery even for an adventurous cook.

Off the kitchen is a breakfast bar and there is also a washing machine available for guests to use.

Moving upstairs there are two further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, air conditioning (the A/C works via a coin operated meter) with en-suite bathroom and small balcony to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. The second bedroom also has a king size bed with window overlooking the pool & terrace. The first floor has a further family bathroom (there is also a guest toilet with sink downstairs).

The pool and terrace at the rear of the villa offers plenty of room for everyone with comfy sun beds, pergola covering rattan sofas which is ideal for escaping the sun. The heated pool is 6m x 3.5m and great for taking a dip or letting the kids splash around in.

For those warm evenings there is a stone built BBQ and dinning table to enjoy some al fresco dining.

However, if you want to pop out, Casa La Vista is perfectly located for exploring Marina Rubicon which has some of the most exclusive restaurants and bars Playa Blanca has to offer. It’s an easy 10 -15 minute walk or if you wanted to go in to Playa Blanca itself, taxis are readily available and cheap (approximately 3 – 4 euros).

There are two supermarkets literally around the corner from the villa (1-2 minute walk) and a couple of café’s to try as well.

Overall, Casa La Vista is perfectly situated to offer couples or families the opportunity to explore Marina Rubicon and Playa Blanca and a have great vacation experience.

Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

AIR CONDITIONING works on coin operated meter. the meter accepts 1 & 2 euro coins

A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.
