Houkutteleva, hyvin varustettu 3 makuuhuoneen huvila, tilava moderni oleskelutila, jossa on TV ja WiFi, kaksinkertainen lasiovet johtavat yksityiseen ulkotilaan. Keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset itsepalveluperiaatteella, mukaan lukien induktio-liesi, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, pesukone ja kaikki tärkeät Nespresso-kahvinkeitin.
Makuuhuoneessa on suuri 1. 6m sänky, lasiovet uima-altaan alueelle, TV ja ilma-con (pieni lisämaksu), siellä on runsaasti vaatekaappi-tilaa ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suuri suihku. Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, yksi kylpyhuone, jossa on ylimääräinen vuodesohva, sekä ilma-con ja runsaasti vaatekaappi-tilaa, sitten on vielä perheen kylpyhuone suihkulla kylpyammeella.

Puutarhan / patio-alueen ulkopuolelta löytyy todella rauhallinen vetäytyminen, ihana kristallinkirkas uima-allas, jossa on mahdollisuus sähkölämmitykseen, on mukavia aurinkotuoleja, ruokailutilan ulkopuolella, hyvän kokoisen perinteisen BBQ: n, Kanariansaarten oleskelualue ja upea, katettu, ylempi kattoterassi, joka on hyvin yksityinen ja jossa on upea 180 asteen näköala vuorille ja merelle. Ei oikeastaan ole parempaa paikkaa istua ja katsella auringonlaskua jäähdytetyllä lasilla Lanzaroten kuuluisalla vinolla.
Tämä huvila sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Playa Blancan terveyskeskus. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped, modern holiday home

Very efficient booking, excellent response to queries both before travel and in the resort. Excellent property for the family, plenty of space for everyone. Everything very clean and well equipped outside area. Would certainly recommend.

The villa is beautiful and in an ideal location

Me and my family loved the villa so much, the pool was lovely and warm and we spent lots of hours in there. Was an ideal location about 15-20 minutes walk to playa blanca town. Will definitely be booking for next year 😃. My only recommendation would be a couple more oven trays to cook with.

Excellent. Well equiped, lovely surroundings.

We stayed here for two weeks in August 2018, and is our first villa experience. What a great place. All you need, 3 great sized bedrooms, nice size lunge dinning area and kitchen. The outside space was wonderful to have all to ourselves, not having to worry about sun beds or pool. The pool was cleaned and maintained several times by a really nice pool chap. Not that far away from the centre of Playa Blanca, an easy 20-30 min walk on the flat. Space to park a car The only thing I would offer as an improvement is the air conditioning in the front bedroom is on a timer, and instructions are left for how to reset when it times out, but we found this didn't last long enough to get the room cool. And finally a small welcome pack with things such as where to put rubbish, recycling and maybe where some shops and local stuff might be. Would rush back in an instant. If you are thinking of it, book quickly!!

Lovely villa. Great location

We spent a week here in July (3 adults). The villa is lovely and it was spotless. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool and it's on a nice quiet complex. It's about 15-20 mins walk to the restaurants and bars and 4-5 euros by taxi. We had a problem with the air con in the third bedroom and an engineer came out quickly. Unfortunately, it stopped working again and we were unable to use it, but we did receive some compensation for the inconvenience. The only small gripe is that it would have been nice to have some washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets in the kitchen and from reading the other reviews most people received a welcome pack which we didn't. Fortunately we arrived in the afternoon and managed to find the local supermarket so that we could buy some water, milk, coffee etc. All in all, we had a great holiday and would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely villa

The villa is in a good location if you want a quiet getaway. Arriving after a four hour delay I would suggest that potential guests stop on the way from the airport to buy some essentials as there was only a small bottle of water, a little coffee (no milk) and cava on our arrival. Pillows could do with replacing as rather lumpy and fridge door needs repairing. However that said the villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for the relaxing break we wanted . The pool was warm enough to use and it was the wind that was chilly when you came out. The sun terrace has lovely views over Lanzarote and seating was comfortable. It is easy to walk down to the town if you go through the bottom gate of the complex we did use the car in the evenings as it was windy and chilly. There are some lovely restaurants over in the Marina which suit all tastes. Love Playa Blanca and this complex, we had stayed in a different villa previously, and i’m sure we will return again

Very good

We have stayed in other villas on the same complex. This villa met all our needs. It's close enough to all the local places. It is clean tidy and well equipped for a holiday. I would have give. 5 stars were it not for the TV. whilst I agree we don't go on holiday to watch TV getting up in the morning it's nice to stay in touch with the world unfortunately the complex tv required at least 5 mins of button pressing only to be thwarted 10 mins into the news by buffering. It didn't have a negative effect on our holiday other villas offer different viewing options.

Spacious and spotless

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks. From the initial enquiry to the return of the security deposit, I could not fault the communication from A1 villas. We arrived late in the evening to find a very welcome welcome pack with all the essentials, including a lovely bottle of wine. There were a couple of minor hiccups, but they were sorted out within a couple of hours of me phoning the office. The villa is lovely, light and airy with more than enough space for us all. It's in a clean and quiet complex. About a 15/20 mins walk to the harbour or a 5 mins drive or 5 euro taxi. The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking. We watched a couple of amazing sunsets. The pool was great, a perfect temperature for us, We spent many an hour playing in the water. The outside area gets the sun all day. The villa,pool and all areas were spotless. A couple of lovely young girls came halfway through our stay and changed all the beds and towels and have the place a great clean. The pool was cleaned about 3 times. We never saw the person who cleaned it. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and would be happy to stay here again.

Fantastic villa - everything you could need in a great location!

First time visiting Lanzarote - what a wonderful place. We travelled as a family of 7 including one small child. The villa was perfect - included everything we needed and lots of space for the little one to move around. It is located close to the centre of playa Blanca - although we had a car to get around the island, we often walked to the beach / restaurants which took about 20 mins or so. Would highly recommend visiting the nearby Rubicon Marina for plush restaurants and shops - beautiful spot! We contacted A1 villas a couple of times during our stay regarding the air con and temperature of the pool (which are charged as extras) and they responded quickly. However, despite an engineer coming to look at the pool, the temperature didn't seem to increase that much so I don't think we'd pay extra for this service next time. Other than that, perfect stay and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Clean, spacious and well equipt villa which fully met our families needs.

We highly recommend this villa which is within relatively easy walking distance to the centre of Playa Blanca, Marina & Harbour. The accomodation was perfect for our party of 6 adults and was cleaned and the bedding was changed after 1 week into our 2 week stay. We appreciated the wine and provisions left to welcome us on our arrival and A1 Villas were very helpfull from booking to arrival.

Nice villa but not amazing

Nice villa but definitely not amazing. Outside area and pool not a problem however even though we paid for pool heating it was still cold. Inside - really let the villa down. Kitchen utensils very limited, mugs do exist only small cups. The grill in the oven was very weak. Not enough seating in the living room, sitting for 4 however villa sleeps 6. English TV channels are through an app, the app takes 15 mins to start working and 5 mins to change channel, it buffers constantly and freezes completely so you have to start again which makes it useless. Paid for air-con however only 2 out of the 3 units worked, a third of this cost has been refunded. Also paid for a high chair however it was filthy and looked about 15 years old. It is for a baby give it a clean! Playa Blanca was perfect as always.

Good place to stay

Handy for playa Blanca but probably best with a car. The estate is quiet and the garden is private. Pool is actually warm😊 Plenty of space for 4 but can sleep 6 or 7 but would be cosy. Everything you might want in the kitchen and milk, tea, coffee water and wine waiting when you arrive. Only negative- advertises x box but there isn't.

Modern very clean spacious villa.

The location of the villa is great it's about a 15 minute walk into Playa Blanca or 5mins by car if that there is a small shop which is about a 5 mins walk which stocks all the essentials and more if you didn't want to wander to far. When we arrived at the villa there was a welcome pack which consisted of wine,bottled water,orange juice,teabags coffee milk and sugar. It is very well equipped too the owners have really made it home from home there is even hair straighteners to use. It is modern well maintained and clean. The pool was lovely and a welcome sight after getting back after being out for the day and was a nice temperature. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to Lanzarote and I'd most definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Great place for a family

Lovely villa with plenty of space for family. Love the little roof terrace. David and Trish were really helpful and brought a spare cot when first wouldn't open properly. Can walk to Playa Blanca but car is helpful.
