Villa Rubi Mar is located within the Castillo del Aguila area of Playa Blanca. A popular choice for holidaymakers, Playa Blanca boasts a magnificent seafront, lined with an array of delicious eateries, an aqua park and golden sandy beaches. Great for those who don't want to hire a car, Rubi Mar is located a short 660m away from local shops and restaurants. Why not grab some fresh produce from the local supermarket and head back to the villa for a Spanish feast? Grill up some chorizo on the brick-built BBQ and enjoy light tapas under the midday sunshine.  The pool terrace is great for sunbathing, as reclining loungers lined the glistening pool. As an added bonus, Rubi Mar comes with complimentary pool heating during the winter months (November - April) and pool towels for days by the pool. 
Patio doors lead from the terrace to the open-plan kitchen and living area. Light and bright, this white-washed room features contemporary furnishings and a smart TV. The ground floor also features the first bedroom, a double with a separate shower room. Upstairs we find the remaining two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a separate shower room. To keep on top of your laundry, there's also a washing machine located off the kitchen.

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. The path to the pool area is 110cm wide, whilst the patio is flat and tiles. There is a small edge around the pool, whilst the pool has step access. The ground floor double bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide.
