Very nearly perfect

The Villa is so close to be being perfect. The cleanliness was excellent and the outside area was fantastic. There are a couple of things that could be done to improve the experience of staying at the Villa, no BBQ utensils, but the BBQ was very good being inside. Also, a further set of furniture on the rear patio near the pool would be nice. These issues however were not too problematic. Any requests or issues are dealt with in an efficient manner. The area where the Villa is situated is very quiet and near to a few bars, restaurants and a supermarket.

We had a lovely week the villa is very spacious and comfortable. Pool lovely and lounges. Beautiful views from the main bedroom. Lovely restaurant and shops about a 10 minute walk away. The only thing we would criticise was we had no utensils for the BBQ as the kitchen utensil were plastic so had to purchase. Otherwise I would definitely recommend.

Perfect holiday

We had a fabulous holiday and thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Medina. The location of the villa is perfect with two small supermarkets and some wonderful restaurants a few minutes away. We spent many lovely hours sitting outside and would recommend this locating villa to anyone thinking of holidaying in Playa Blanca.

Lovely stay in this Villa

Perfect for our weeks stay in Playa Blanca. Pool was lovely & warm every time we wanted to use it. Everything we needed in kitchen to cook a couple of meals whilst there. Comfy bed in master bedroom with air conditioning in main room too. Instructions & communication on arrival excellent. Secure driveway for rental car. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Christmas/new year stay

We arrived 23rd December 2023 as a group of 4 adults & 4 children, the host met us at the property & had left us a Christmas tree & chocolate for tge children which was a lovely touch. Villa was as described in the listing, clean & spacious. Pool area was incredible with plenty of space. Neighbourhood was really quiet & the overall location excellent. Host was very friendly & quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely return at some point in the future.

Fabulous return trip

Another wonderful stay at this villa with no complaints. This villa is perfect for our family with young adult children as there is so much space. The villa has been well maintained and upgraded since our stay last year and was spotless clean with everything you need for a great holiday. We loved the pool area and also relaxing in the evening under the front veranda. Barbara is an amazing and helpful host who is always available.

Fabulous holiday

Very clean and spacious apartment, lovely pool area. Had everything you needed and lovely clean bedding and towels. Very quiet with some shops and restaurants 5 mins away. A bus ride to the town or €5 in taxi. Hire car recommend. Barbara allowed us to stay on our departure day which was very kind and helpful. Will book again sometime. Thank you

Villa Medina Excellent Value

This is a very nice Villa and good value for money compared to many of a similar size. It is a bit out of the main town but taxis are very cheap and there is a local bus service. Barbara the owner is very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Good villa in peaceful location

This is the second time we have rented this property and would highly recommend it. Great place for a family holiday. Lovely pool area, close to many good restaurants. A little out of town which makes it wonderfully peaceful. A truly relaxing place.

Barbara's villa is in a great location not far from shops and restaurants and a 20 min walk to beach where you can follow a coastal path to Playa Blanca or Marina Rubicon if you wish. The villa is very spacious and confortable and the outside areas were our favourite. We hope to return

Fantastic Holiday

As a family of 4 (2 boys aged 6 & 9) we absolutely loved this Villa. It has everything you need and is close to the local supermarket and restaurants. The boys spent all day playing in the large pool and then we would walk to the restaurants in the evening. Barbara is a fantastic host and very responsive to any enquiries. Barbara made us feel very welcome. Amazing holiday. Would absolutely recommend.

We Love this Place. Lovely House. Lovely locations. 30mins from the airport. - Host is so helpful. We asked multiple questions and she is amazing. Amazing property

We had a wonderful stay at Barbara’s villa. It is so well equipped with everything you need. The pool is fantastic- our kids spent hours playing in it every day. Excellent Modern Property Well Presented

We booked this property for a short (1 week) stay because our usual property in Playa Blanca was not available. However, from beginning to end, the booking process, the communications with the owner, Brabara, the arrangements for entry, and the final inspection of the property before we left were all first- class Although the property is a little out of the centre of Playa Blanca, there is a good taxi service at reasonable cost, and a group of shops and restaurants in Faro Park within 5 minutes walk, so a car, while nice to have, is not essential. There is also a frequent, cheap, local bus service from the main road. The Villa itself was well presented - modern, nice furniture & fittings, ample accessories - cutlery, glasses, plates etc, and there was an abundance of places to sit in the sunshine, both at the front & back of the property. The pool, although not large, was more than adequate for a dip, and there were plenty of sun loungers, as well as towels to cover them. the only addition I would make to the property would be to put a hair dryer in each room - with two ladies in our party, having to share one hair dryer was at times a small restriction - but could be easily sorted. Other than that, just a very nice villa in a quiet area, and well worth the rental. I am sure we will be back!
