Rooms were clean, staff is respectful, free breakfast was a plus. This hotel has improved tremendously over the last few years. Kudos to the staff for making it a pleasant stay.

Tweaker hotel - Staw away!

This place is a ghetto hotel ! Homeless people in the parking lot. One man had no pants on. We pulled in and turned around. Found a different hotel where I felt my family would actually be safe. Hotel refused to talk to hotels.com or myself when I asked for a refund. Unless you’re into crack houses stay away!

Never stay here. Dirty and disgusting. Someone tried to open my door in the middle of the night and almost succeeded. Did not feel safe. Dogs barking, hearing noises in all the rooms around me nearly all night long. I almost left in the middle of the night after someone tried to break in. Really freaked me out. Spend a little more $ and stay somewhere safer, cleaner, and quieter.

The only positive part of this stay was the gentleman employee in the morning. The first room they tried to put me in had literal feces on three of the walls. A leaking tub with gross stuff on the bottom of it. Cigarette burns on the comforter. Broken window and no latch on the window. And the floors were sticky. When i went and complained she said she had to upgrade me to get me a different, as if that is what i was after. The second room was cleaner, there was trash in the toilet though, the door cover was missing, the remote cover was missing, and the floors were still sticky but I was so exhausted from travels I fell asleep anyways. Turns out there is no tv due to no wifi, and despite asking the clerk the previous night about breakfast and her confirming there was, breakfast is only on the weekends. The ONLY plus was that the gentleman in the morning did not kick up any fuss when i told him i felt unclean and unsafe staying a second night and requested to check out early. That was convenient.

We picked the wrong red lion

We had a homeless camp across the street and every window look like it has been prayed open with a pry bar recently. This was not the red lion we thought we booked.

The hotels.com website display of the room was completely false. The display showed clean and somewhat updated room. Our room was had 70s wood paneling on the wall old carpets with cigarette burns patched walls with no paint, wholes in the bedding and what I can only assume was a crack pipe by the night stand. Worse place I’ve ever stayed

DO NOT be fooled by this fake RED LION!

In 60 years of using hotel rooms this was the WORST experience EVER! It CANNOT POSSIBLY have any connection to the famous Red Lion Hotel chain! It was very old and run down and we were accosted in the parking lot by homeless people and just outside the lobby by someone jabbering mindlessly. Although the hotel clerk was very understanding and nice about it when I told her we were totally uncomfortable, she did not have the authority to refund my reservation---so....starts the process....I will say HOTELS.COM were very helpful by issuing a credit to our account. We will certainly use them again. We did advise them to remove this property from the choices they are offering the public as it is just unacceptable. I have never written a bad review before in my life but this was just plain scary.
