A bit disappointed

I specifically asked in advance for a r me quiet room away from the maintenance and housekeeping areas... As I have echoing sounds in my ears due to Meniere's Disease. Yet they still put me right next to those areas. Therefore, I wasn't able to sleep well before check out time. Plus the neighboring rooms were super noisy in the early morning before 8 am because of kids and adults talking very loudly disturbing my sleep 😴. Even the housekeeping staff were very noisy too. Talking super loud when cleaning in the adjacent rooms while I am sleeping still up to 10 am. Please if you plan to clean other rooms to be quiet! There are still other people sleeping in, in the morning! Also, why can't APA hotels provide some incentives for guests staying at their hotel on their bday? Other countries do it, why can't Japan do so too?!?

This APA resort in Yokohama was the best decision I could have made, super convenient that it has laundry, a convenience store, a cafe and multiple restaurants without even leaving the resort. And it’s walking distance from cosmo world, red brick, and the mall. If I ever comeback to Yokohama I’m staying in this APA resort! Super cheap and super convenient! APA is so far my favorite hotel chain in Japan. By far!

You know for as extravagant as they were the beds were not comfortable at all and instead of leaving our luggage to walk around the city before check in we had to pay early check in… any other place would have let us leave our bags and come back later.

I liked the property location because it was only 5 minutes from the train station. I didn't like that the hallway leading to the hotel room is too dark. The faucet of the bathroom is too eco-friendly. It shut off automatically whenever it is not in use. When the faucet is being used, it is hard to control the flow of the water.
