Hotel is 120 m walk from Yokohama station northeast exit.
We stayed in connecting rooms on the third floor on the train track side. The rooms were typical for a Japanese business hotel, but adequate for a short stay. We never heard any noise from above, below, or from neighbors, though I'm unsure how full the hotel was. We saw and heard the multiple trains coming and going, which our little one enjoyed, but maybe not if the noise bothers you. We hardly heard car traffic from inside the room.
They had coin operated washer/dryer combo on the 2nd and 6th floor. The machine didn't dry very well and an extra dry cycle was necessary.
Beds were not hard or soft, just right. There were plenty of outlets around the beds. AC worked well in relatively warm days in November. Fridge was the typical tiny hotel fridge. CAT5 was available. I didn't use the WiFi.
The staff was kind and supportive. Looks like they spoke multiple languages.
Closest 24/7 convenience store is adjacent to the hotel, with a doorway from the lobby leading into the store, 6:30a-9p Beck's Coffee also adjacent to the hotel with another doorway from the lobby leading into the shop, with numerous restaurants within walking distance. Hotel provides no parking. There are some paid parking lots nearby.
