朝食をスタートするときに「心を込めて作りました。どうぞ召し上がって下さい」という言葉はいままでいろいろとビジネスホテルを利用してきましたが、はじめてで驚きました。プロ意識を持って仕事をしているということがすごくよく伝わってきました。宿泊者にとって朝食の時間はその日のスタートです。とても気持ちよく1日をスタートすることができました。

駅から近くスタッフの対応も良かったです。室内も料金に見合った感じがしました。気になったのは、チェックインの入力端末が1台だけだったので、慣れてない方がいた場合は、すぐ渋滞する感じでした。室内のエアコンが若干音が大きいように感じました。あとは料金に見合った客室だと感じました。朝食はパンなどもあったので乳製品(牛乳やヨーグルトなど)があるとよかったと感じました。とはいえこの界隈に用事があった際にはリピしたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

羽田空港に着く便が3時間遅延してチェックインが夜中の2時半過ぎになったが対応してもらえた（連絡済み）疲れていて早く眠りたいのに部屋の掛け時計の秒針のカチカチ音が気になり寝付けず外してトイレに置きました。（普段なら眠れるのですが）　　こんな事もあるのでカチカチ音がしない掛け時計があれば（これが唯一今回のマイナスポイントでした）

駅近で周りに飲食店も多く全てにおいて便利な立地。宿泊中個人的に思わぬアクシデントがあったが、受付の方が助けてくれて助かった。部屋のお風呂も足がのばせて十分な大きさ。個人的には部屋のゴミ箱が小さいのが1個だけだったのでtakeoutしたものを入れるとすぐいっぱいになってしまい困った。でもまた是非利用したい。
