Reception staff were excellent , however our room was noisy due to noise from the street / poor glazing. The heating in the room didn’t work and nor did the electrics on the back wall . A real shame as staff, cleanliness and location excellent

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The fellow at the front desk was very friendly and always greeted us as we came and went. The housekeeper lady was very friendly and took care of our laundry in record time and with great care. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The room was quite spacious but a bit outdated. The location of the hotel is a quick 6-7 minute walk to the main train station. There is a nice cafe right next door. We would stay again for sure.

This little property was amazing. The hotel is old, but well kept. The room was small, but very comfortable, clean and quiet. Located less than 10 min walking from Zurich main train station and only 15 min walking from the old town. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. There is a great cafe restaurant next door for breakfast or lunch.

They are using the cafe next door. The breakfast would be a coffee and pastry. I did not get the breakfast, so I can't comment on quality. My room had no heat. The desk did send me an electric radiator which helped some, but it was a good clothes warmer. The hotel is 3 blocks from the main train station

We started for one night there, very convenient to walk to the train stations with luggage. loved the pillows and blankets in the hotel. Walkable to old town, many dining and shopping in the area. Helpful stuff. At night you have to scan your keys to walk in.

Room was Compact & perfect for the solo traveler. Quick Walk to the train station for all connections. Street noise is a thing if you are sensitive sleeper, not often though .. relatively quiet. After hour check-in is automated, was smoother and safer than I expected.

Pros: Close to Hauptbahnhof (though you need to carry suitcase up stairs in front of hotel) | Comfortable bed | Power sockets were in the right places | Complimentary water | Included breakfast from cafe next door was tasty Cons: No reception after hours (though there is an emergency phone number) - should have been notified of after hours access code prior to check-in | Safe could be more modern (but it did the job) | Interior is a bit old - USB power sockets could be installed

Hotel’s location is ashort distance away from the train station. Passageway to the hotel was dimly lit at night, but not a problem. Only difficulty was in finding hotel’s location on the 1st day. Good baslc breakfast from nearby bakery.

We were unaware of an airport shuttle? Arriving after 8:00 p.m. was a bit difficult. We were, however, finally able to follow the steps to open and get our keys. It was very helpful that a young couple was coming out and could help us. Also thoughtful and helpful was an envelope with our name with a key! It seemed very early to have no staff available. Next day staff person was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay.
