Breakfast menu was fine temperature of the food was low and food was being cleaned away before the breakfast hrs were over while a couple of us were sitting there eating

THE MAN at the front desk told me he never got my reservation and the he didn't even have any rooms, that i needed to contact hotel.com to get my money back and the he had been telling you guys for months to get his hotel off your website. ...

Curtain brackets and curtains falling off wall. No one ever at front desk, have to call a phone # to get them to come to desk. Whole building smelled strongly of disinfectant..needs aired out. No vending machines. Someone walking outside along building trying to get in windows.
