Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones ...

I was lodged in the 5th floor room 533, the light kept going off every 5mins, so so bad, for the period of time I was in the room, the light went off 7 times . When I arrived the staff were rude and unhelpful and there were maintenance issues when I mentioned them the staff were unhelpful and rude. It was that bad a stay I cancelled the further booking I had at this hotel.

We complied and paid with the owner's word that he cancelled the Hotels.com reservation. We waited for a hotels.com email but received none. ...
