Olha, pensei estar fazendo uma excelente escolha ficando num hotel da rede Graal. Nunca me enganei tanto. As paredes do quarto que fiquei misturam alvenaria com papelão (drywall), ou seja, passa todo o som do quarto vizinho. Inacreditável isso. Eu estava muito cansado da viagem de quase 11 de estrada ...

Meu quarto tinham 2 baratas. Uma ao lado da cama e outra em cima da cama, reportei a recepção e mostrei as fotos. O banheiro estava com azulejos sujos e rejuntes encardidos. O café da manhã não tinha mesa para sentar pois todas estavam com pratos sujos de outros hóspedes que não haviam sido retirados ...
