Accessible room was the best room I've stayed in at the Atura as is was far more spacious, had two king beds, had a spacious bathroom and a shower with a hand held shower head and a fold down seat. The other rooms I've stayed in have only a fixed shower head and are fairly cramped but the accessible room had heaps of space and beautiful big windows with a view. Highly recommend the accessbile room for a better experience and washing/showering is much easier. I hate fixed shower heads.

The online check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff on arrival made collecting the room key hassle free. The room was clean and quiet and the included breakfast had plenty to choose from. The online checkout when we were ready to leave was also super easy and I was impressed by the fact that this hotel didn't demand a bond.
