The pool was closed and I wasn't advised of this when booking. I would have booked elsewhere with a pool. I also wasn't aware that I had to park my car a street away through alleyways and then carry my luggage back to the hotel. I wouldn't book here again for that reason. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable and I liked that check out was at 11am

Concierge was fantastic and set the tone for our stay, very welcoming and cheerful. Room was clean and quiet. We bookwd the room as we had a Christmas party in town that night and it suited the purpose. Parking near by so a great night.

The location was fantastic with close access to shops, resteraunts, parks etc. Room was very roomy, spotless, comfortable furniture, 2 tv's, etc. Resteraunt was very relaxing, great breakfast and dinner, staff were very courteous (loved the French accents). Would stay again - absolute pleasure to be there.

The hot water on day 1 was going on and off fluctuating between hot and cold whilst in the shower. Didn’t mention it but didn’t happen on day 2. Also door didn’t close when leaving had to pull shut which I didn’t realise and door was open most of day 1.
